Our technology requires only a minimum of maintenance. With only one simple step at the begining and one at the end of the day, there is no need to clean the GalvaJet everyday.

The galvanizing film remains in the tank, ready to be used the following day.

This low maintenance approach provides you with an appreciable saving of both time and products (1.5 hour per day and 2 liters of product). A full clean of the pump is normaly done when trimmings of the machine have to be changed due to normal use.
